Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Conversion, Retargeting, Lookalike) campaigns to drive sales growth. Conduct market research, keyword analysis, and competitor analysis to refine ad strategies. Create, manage, and scale ad campaigns while ensuring efficient budget allocation to maximize ROI. Collaborate with the design team to develop compelling ad copy and creatives that enhance engagement and conversion rates. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and other tracking tools. Implement A/B testing strategies for ad creatives, audiences, and bidding models to improve campaign efficiency. Ensure accurate conversion tracking, retargeting, and audience segmentation using Google Tag Manager and other tools. Stay up-to-date with the latest Google & Meta Ads policies, algorithm changes, and industry best practices. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience (2+ years) managing Google & Meta Ads campaigns, preferably for e-commerce brands. Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager. Experience with conversion tracking, retargeting, and audience segmentation. Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make data-driven marketing decisions. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, or WooCommerce is a plus. Google Ads & Meta Ads certifications are a plus.
