Digital Marketing Specialist Full Time

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms, a proven track record of successful media buying, and a passion for staying abreast of industry trends. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels, with a focus on media buying and SEO optimization.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for campaign optimization, including.

  • Manage end-to-end campaign planning, including budget allocation, target audience definition, and creative development, ensuring SEO best practices are integrated.

  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling and effective ad creatives.

  • Utilize analytics tools, including Google Analytics, to monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for optimization of both paid and organic efforts.

  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices, including SEO algorithm updates.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.

  • Regularly report on campaign performance, providing recommendations for improvement and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • 3-4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a specific focus on media buying and SEO strategies.

  • Proven success in planning and executing successful digital marketing campaigns, with a demonstrated understanding of SEO principles.

  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads, along with knowledge of SEO tools.

  • Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to evaluate campaign performance..

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and analytically.

  • Certifications in digital marketing and media buying are a plus, with additional certifications in SEO considered highly valuable.
