Sales Executive Full Time

We are looking for a passionate sales executive to join our sales team. The sales executive's responsibilities include generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating our CRM database, and meeting sales targets. To be successful as a sales executive you should be an inspired self-starter and able to drive sales growth. Ultimately, a top-notch sales executive should be able to build rapport with customers and close sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales and achieve revenue targets for electronic consumer products.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key partners, including retailers, dealers, and distributors, to expand the distribution network and maximize sales opportunities.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and training to educate partners and customers on product features, benefits, and usage.

  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing product inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and make recommendations for product improvements.

  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation to management.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure smooth sales operations and customer service.

  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and product launches to promote the brand and establish professional networks.

  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques to continuously improve sales performance.

  • Willingness to travel outside for sales and marketing activities.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience (1-2 years)  in offline sales, preferably in the consumer electronics industry.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and customers.

  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet sales targets.

  • Knowledge of consumer electronics products, features, and market trends.

  • Proficient in using sales CRM software.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

  • Willingness to travel to attend meetings, events, and training sessions as required.

  • Candidates who have personal vehicles (motorcycles) will get preference. (Company will provide the fuel expenses)
