Key Responsibilities:
Produce leads from social platforms and other sources.
Analyze metrics and data to identify trends and opportunities.
Generate efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous leads for the company.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to understand business requirements.
Act as a liaison between business units and IT to ensure technical solutions meet business needs.
Analyze information to assess feasibility and impact of proposed changes.
Develop and maintain reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
Provide detailed analysis and insights to support decision-making processes.
Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements.
Create detailed functional specifications and use cases for the development team.
Ensure that requirements are understood and implemented accurately.
Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Work with teams to implement process changes and monitor their impact.
Provide technical support to business users as needed.
Assist in the testing and deployment of new systems and updates.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university required.
Minimum of 2 years of related experience and/or training.
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
Familiarity with business process modeling and requirements management tools.
