Responsibilities:
Lead and manage cross-functional project teams in the successful planning, execution, and delivery of consumer electronic products.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, closely monitoring progress and proactively addressing any potential issues or risks.
Coordinate and allocate resources effectively, ensuring that team members understand their roles, responsibilities, and timelines.
Conduct regular status meetings and provide project updates to key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and fostering open communication channels.
Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration and successful product launches.
Mitigate project risks and proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands, providing valuable insights to guide product development strategies.
Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies, tools, and processes, contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in the consumer electronics industry.
Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficient in project management software and tools for scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
PMP certification is a plus.
