Responsibilities:
Conduct live presentations on social media platforms, including Daraz, Facebook, TikTok and Amazon, to showcase our products and engage with the online audience.
Plan and execute photoshoots and video shoots for our products, ensuring high-quality visuals that resonate with our target audience.
Capture professional product photographs to be used for promotional purposes across our social media channels.
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to product inquiries, orders, and customer support, providing excellent service and addressing customer needs effectively.
Manage and respond to users' queries, complaints, and feedback promptly on various social media platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, Amazon, Daraz, etc.
Manage customers who are visiting our office and showcase the products & address their needs.
Maintain positive and productive relationships with existing users and work towards retaining new users by providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues they may have.
Respond to users' inquiries in a timely manner, ensuring accurate and helpful information is provided. Keep detailed notes for each user interaction to ensure a personalized and efficient customer experience.
Visit potential clients to showcase the products and provide customer support & service.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to optimize our online presence and engagement strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop engaging social media content, including posts, videos, and live stream scripts, that aligns with our brand and attracts our target audience.

Proven experience in conducting live presentations on social media platforms, particularly on Daraz, Facebook, TikTok, and Amazon.
Strong photography and videography skills, with experience in planning and executing photoshoots and video shoots.
Proficiency in product photography, capturing high-quality images that effectively showcase the features and benefits of consumer electronics.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in Bangla & English.
Ability to handle inbound/outbound calls professionally and handle users' queries/complaints effectively.
A customer-centric approach with a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, Amazon, Daraz, and the ability to engage with users, respond to inquiries, and manage user relationships effectively.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop engaging social media content.
A passion for consumer electronics and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
