Brand & Marketing Specialist Full Time

The Brand & Marketing Specialist should implement plans and initiatives relating to the brand TETON, customer experience and loyalty in order to drive TETON's brand equity. S/he is also responsible for conducting market research activities to forecast emerging market needs that are relevant for TETON. The Brand Executive should work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where he/she has to ensure compliance of the brand identity throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze market trends and development that may impact offline & online marketing activities.

  • Assess typical & alternate market research channels.

  • Conduct research to identify emerging trends of consumers.

  • Design, collect and analyze customer satisfaction and feedback.

  • Execute activities to communicate business value propositions to customers.

  • Execute brand campaigns.

  • Execute customer loyalty plans.

  • Forecast emerging market needs.

  • Generate creative materials, templates, and collaterals.

  • Generate customer awareness.

  • Implement activities that develop organization capabilities to deliver a consistent

customer experience.

  • Implement brand communication plans

  • Implement brand plans

  • Implement innovation campaigns to drive higher customer retention and loyalty

  • Maintain customer acquisition and retention programs.

  • Monitor effectiveness of programs.

  • Monitor product quality, design, and brand alignment.

  • Review effectiveness of brand campaigns.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy (often as part of a wider sales and marketing program).

  • Evaluate and review marketing campaigns, advertising, and SEO to make sure the correct mediums are being used and campaigns are effective.

  • Track marketing performance and return on investment and prepare weekly or monthly reports for management.

  • Monitor and report on competitor activity.

  • Lead external agencies, when appropriate, to effectively manage events, press relationships, editorial requests, presentations, promotional materials, and online activities.

  • Oversee and manage the marketing budget.
