We are looking for a Technical program manager (TPM) or coordinator in Teton who will be responsible for managing one or more simultaneous products under development as per specifications and schedule. This position will oversee all day-to-day activities of a product and for keeping a birds-eye view of the program operations from inception to its production and will monitor and report on progress throughout to the VP of engineering.
TPM will work with senior product and engineering leaders to define strategy, requirements, and timeline. Managing numerous complex systems and teams, TPM will be expected to clearly communicate team and company goals, team and individual roles, and responsibilities. TPM will be a bridge and a connector for the company, thrive in a dynamic work environment, and can juggle and prioritize multiple projects with ease. You break through communication issues and effectively develop relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. You build trust across the teams and organization. You are not afraid to be direct, but you strive to act firmly and decisively with empathy and integrity.
A successful candidate will have a proven track record of program/project management end to end and will have demonstrated organizational and communication skills. They will own the team's efforts to coordinate and unify road maps and technical direction across organizations.
Manage
projects end-to-end, from intake through activation to finish.
Track projects against their schedule, budget, and against phase
review objectives by utilizing project management tools such as reports,
tracking charts, checklist and project scheduling software, and reporting
status to supervisor on a regular basis and executive staff on an as-needed
basis.·
Work
through multiple teams to plan and secure resources, understand data and
reporting requirements, assess feasibility and risks, scope efforts, set
priorities, and achievements, drive timely and high-quality deliverables, and
manage change.
Working cross-functionally, they will
identify and secure a commitment from tech teams across the company for new
initiatives, driving consensus on the technical approach.
TPMs move fluidly from the big picture
to details so that the team can deliver complex and strategic cross-functional
projects, often with tight deadlines.
Ability
to comprehend complex systems to help drive strategic decision making, and to
recommend operational improvements.
Facilitate communication between
different team members in order to remove barriers during the product
development cycle.
Improve processes as needed, achieving
greater effectiveness and efficiency over time.
Communicate and present product roadmaps to
various technical team members, stakeholders, and shareholders.
Hold teams accountable to make and meet
commitments.
Education, Training & Experience Required
Engineering or manufacturing-related degree
preferred with MBA in management.
Requires a related degree or a minimum of 5 years
of experience as an Account/Program Manager or a representative in an
intensive product development field.
Project
Management Professional (PMP) Certification and/or Certified Scrum Master
or six sigma trained is a plus.

engineering disciplines
Must be able to manage and resolve conflict in
planning and execution between teams.
Ability to interface effectively with team
members, subcontractors, and vendors
High-level computer skills are required,
including extensive experience with Microsoft Excel and proficiency with PowerPoint
and Oracle.
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to
multitask and adjust priorities quickly
Can take
ownership of a project end-to-end. Able to manage multiple projects in a
fast-paced, due date-driven environment. Familiarity with data quality and
data governance standard methodologies
