Responsibilities:
Leading design projects from concept to completion
Creating visual concepts, using computer software or by hand, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers
Designing graphics, logos, and layouts for products, advertisements, and websites
Collaborating with the marketing team to determine design needs for various projects
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and incorporating them into design projects
Proofreading and editing designs for accuracy and consistency
Participating in photo shoots and video production if needed
Presenting designs to clients and making revisions based on their feedback
Skills and Qualifications:
At least 2 years of professional experience in graphic design
Expertise in graphic design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Expertise in 3D design and rendering
Working experience on product packaging design
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
Good organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead a design team and delegate tasks effectively
Creative problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Passion for design and a desire to stay current in the field
Educational Requirements:
We don’t care about educational qualifications as long as you have a proven working record and are deserving candidates.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a creative field is a plus
