Business Development Specialist Full Time

The Business Development Specialist will be tasked with the job of helping the business grow. The priority of the Business Development Specialist is to assist the company in order to acquire new customers. The Business Development Specialist will work to grow the company’s profits by attracting new customers and closing opportunities & deals, both inbound and outbound. The Business Development Specialist works to build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Locates and proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.

  • Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.

  • Collaborating with Design, Development, and Marketing teams in order to complete the sales process and quote client based on their needs

  • Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer loyalty through excellent customer service as well as meeting all client needs appropriate to their business

  • Researching organizations and individuals in order to identify new leads and potential new markets

  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings

  • Pitching Teton products and services to potential clients in forms of PowerPoint presentations and sales displays

  • Developing quotes and proposals for potential clients

  • Attend Networking events in order to get word out about Teton and find potential business as necessary

  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations.

  • Stays up to date on industry best practices and shares knowledge with team and clients.

  • Research opportunities for potential clients using a variety of software.

  • Build potential client pipelines and determine the return on investments for possible long-term engagement.


Qualifications : 
  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Must have strong communication skills in order to communicate, present, assert and speak to all the different stakeholders involved.

  • Possess excellent presentation skills, ability to make sensible presentations which trigger more sales and business.

  • Creative and strategic-minded with the ability to create innovative solutions for our client’s challenges.

  • Data-driven, comfortable reviewing analytics, and offer suggestions for future growth.

  • Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment while working on multiple client projects.

  • Ability to build strong customer relationships, influence decisions, and manage conflicts.

  • Proficient in using Google Suite & MS Office.

  • Multi-tasking.

  • Ability to build strong customer relationships.

  • Ability to work independently.

  • Strong communications skills between clients and internal teams.

  • Must be able to work well under pressure or in stressful situations.
